we are hiring: project manager (smt > pcbas)
objectives:
* administration and coordination of project's procedures of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the supervision of the project team's operations towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standard.
* to lead the product engineering activities by monitoring project / product readiness reviews and follow up.
functions and responsabilities:
* assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* to monitor project progress keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
* manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Report and escalate to management as needed, manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders.
* create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, npi, apqp, ppap, readiness, checklist, risk assessment.
* meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
* provide support to omd/csr to confirm capacity and materials for the project ramp up.
experience:
* 5+ years of proven expertise leading smt process management in pcba manufacturing, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in electronics production,
* fully bilingual (eng - spa),
