It systems engineer
we're seeking a skilled it systems engineer to ensure the stability, security and scalability of our systems. You'll play a vital role in building and maintaining saas and infrastructure systems across cloud and on-premise platforms using modern technologies.
you will administer, optimize and secure identity and access management systems, manage cloud infrastructure services, configure and maintain collaboration and productivity platforms, administer and support email systems ensuring high availability and security, implement and maintain endpoint management solutions such as intune and jamf, oversee networking infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity, manage voip telephony and unified communications systems, maintain pki and certificate management, develop and maintain it documentation and processes, monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues and collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for protecting company assets.

about this role
this is a mid-senior level position responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining complex it systems and services. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in it engineering, administration, or a related field, proficiency in administering identity platforms, strong knowledge of networking concepts, experience with endpoint management tools, knowledge of enterprise email and security solutions, familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools, understanding of it security practices, hands-on experience managing cloud services, strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
the successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Experience working in an agile development environment would be beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
