This process also includes handling legal cases related to labor issues, maintaining compliance with industry-specific regulations, and mitigating risks
* acts as a single point of the contact for all topics for the employees and managers in area of responsibility
* maintains individual union & employee representative relationships depending on country approach
* ensures compliance to all relevant government regulations
* guides employees in employee relations conflict management
* responds to employee relation issues such as employee concerns, harassment, and discrimination complaints. Conducts internal investigations as necessary.
* acts as company representative towards external parties (courts, fairs, local networks, authorities.) if assigned
* exit management interviews, tracking employee working hours, leaves, and attendance to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor regulations. This process includes maintaining systems for time tracking, overtime management, and absence reporting.
* contribute to the compliance and monitoring of the indicators applicable to their processes.

qualifications
academic degree or comparable experience: bachelor in industrial relations, business administration, psychology, or similar.
experience in: automotive industry, labor relations, union negotiations, conflict resolution, iatf 16949
