Job description
objective:
supervise and analyze expenses and purchases within the organization through control routines to develop and maintain standard costs for each material and finished product, managing the overall cost and accounting system for the finance area of the supply chain.
responsibilities:
* analyze expenses and cost transactions; ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the corresponding projects and departments.
* provide detailed financial analysis and expense reports, including project cost breakdown, remaining expense forecasts, and opportunities to increase efficiency.
* prepare periodic cost reconciliation reports with tracking data.
* examine data to help reduce costs in all operations and provide analytical support for projects.
* responsible for own cost control routines, capex accounting verification routines, fixed asset verification routines, and inventory control verification routines. Additionally, audit sku information in sap (bom, master recipes, standard costs) to ensure correct costing.
* analyze and perform monthly closing routines, helping the company understand major deviations and variations from standard costs, ensuring accurate cost assignments and calculations.
* contribute to developing annual operational plans, budgets, and estimating costs for new products, including economic analysis (aop).
