we are looking for a logistics coordinator - bilingual (eng).
we seek a highly skilled candidate with solid experience in end-to-end customer order management execution.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in management of shipping, transportation, export control & customs, invoicing.
job responsibilities:
* end-to-end customer order management execution, from receiving customer purchase orders in logistics to invoicing received by customers.
* order management,
* receives & validates customer purchase orders; enters & schedules sales orders; confirms customer purchase orders.
* procurement and inventory management.
* distribution (delivery management).
* manages shipping, transportation, export control & customs.
* invoicing.
* receives & checks customer invoice triggers; validates invoice preconditions; creates, prints, & sends customer invoices; creates accounting documents/credit and debit notes.
* runs implemented automation solutions.
* creates and delivers reports.
* troubleshooting.
mandatory requirements:
* knowledge of end-to-end supply chain.
* minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and distribution module.
* general product knowledge (for delivery process).
* knowledge of customer order management processes.
* import & export procedures (foreign trade) knowledge.
* automation solutions knowledge and usage capabilities.
* good domain knowledge - order to invoice.
* good command of english & language skills.
location:
hybrid work model.
schedule:
monday to friday, from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm.
