experience in managing quality indicators (kpis) and process improvement using methodologies such as lean manufacturing, six sigma, kaizen, or similar.
experience in training and raising awareness among staff on quality-related topics.
advanced english proficiency to interact with auditors, clients, and international teams.
experience in researching, analyzing, and implementing actions for customer complaints.
