Role 1: oracle fusion integrations specialist

day-to-day/the project:
* supporting integrations between oracle cloud and colleague
* managing 3rd-party integrations across various campus systems
* developing, fixing, and migrating new and existing integrations
* seniority level: we would like to see 5+ year but flexible on this in the following:
* must have oracle integration experience, either with oracle cloud (highly preferred) or ebs (acceptable with strong technical skills).
* experience querying data from oracle cloud hcm (hr side) is a strong plus.
* candidates must be able to speak in detail about hr/payroll
knowledge:
* strong understanding of core hr and payroll tables
* how to access hr and payroll data
* what data is stored in which tables
* how data is exposed via rest apis
* the flow of data through oracle systems
should have strong skills in:
* core hr tables
* reporting tables
* rest api structure and how apis expose internal data
* pl/sql proficiency (required for ebs candidates)
must be highly technical, with the ability to:
* troubleshoot integration issues
* understand and improve existing code
* analyze and interpret code to identify optimization opportunities
preferred skills:
* snap logic or other api management/integration platforms plus
* university of texas system experience plus
* familiarity with state reporting requirements for payroll and hr plus
soft skills:
* must be clear, articulate, and comfortable communicating with functional leads
* strong problem-solving
* mindset - should be able to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
role 2: oracle fusion administrator
day-to-day/the project:
* experience minimum 5 - 7+ ideal
* this is a backup for the security person.
* will be working on audit logs and backup and recovery.
top needed skills:
* knowledge is cloud infrastructure
* atp
* hr, erp, epm (good exp with all modules)
* oci consult to grant access and troubleshoot issues
* responsible for scheduling patches
* good bg whitelisting, api address open to correct places and understanding the security of
* these.
* migrating infrastructure
* identity management
* need user and role privilege management for all hcm erp epm.
* need to have resource management exp
preferred skills:
* change management and devops
* exp with structured environment
