position overview
provide employee and labor relations leadership for all business lines in latin america.
responsibilities
* ensure company policies are followed to maintain employee relations;
* train front line leaders on compliance and best practices;
* act as an advocate and advisor for front line supervisors and managers;
* guarantee team performance aligns with the defined service delivery model;
* collaborate with hrbp's and coe's to implement company programs and policies;
* facilitate partnership between er and lr teams to identify potential union organizing areas.
the ideal candidate
* college degree required;
* minimum 5-8 years of experience in labor and employee relations;
* broad knowledge of internal hr programs and services;
* excellent communication and presentation skills;
* strong problem-solving abilities with urgency;
* proficient in google suite applications;
* trusted advisor and advocate role;
* deliver consistent programs to improve organizational effectiveness;
* think critically at all levels when resolving issues;
* consistently partner positively with hrbps and centers of excellence;
* significant impact on overall organizational effectiveness through leadership actions and decisions;
* fluent in english and spanish.
