You will guide our clients as we set up our technical service after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities conduct monthly client meetings to review key performance indicators (kpi) and confirm system functionality address product‑related queries promptly train customers to effectively use our products communicate customer feedback to developers to identify potential new features or products report on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costs analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features collaborate with the leadership team to win new business and increase sales establish best practices through sops & quality assurance implementations track client monthly kpi scores to ensure continuous improvement quarterly business review primary liaison between company and client upsell additional services system training when needed qualifications proven work experience as a technical account manager or similar role solid technical background with hands‑on experience in digital technologies, specifically high‑level and wordpress familiarity with software and front‑end development ability to understand customer needs and offer timely solutions excellent verbal (english) and written communication skills strong analytical and problem‑solving skills tech, sales, and marketing savvy a plus background in new home, remodeling or real estate sales a plus additional details location: full‑time position (40 hours/week) with a long‑term us‑based company.
