The Role

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of social media across platforms, ensuring our clients’ brands are seen everywhere, trusted deeply, and engaging authentically. As the Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll be the architect behind our clients’ digital presence—crafting high‑impact campaigns that connect data‑driven strategy with scroll‑stopping creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Multi‑Platform Strategy: Develop and execute omnichannel social media plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create & Direct Content: Oversee production of engaging, high‑performing content (short‑form video, reels, carousels, and thought leadership).
- Turn Visibility into Conversions: Design social systems that drive leads, inquiries, and measurable revenue.
- Collaborate Across Channels: Work hand‑in‑hand with SEO, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Measure What Matters: Establish performance frameworks—KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting—to connect social activity to business outcomes.
- Guide & Inspire Creatives: Mentor junior creators and coordinate global creative teams to maintain consistent tone, quality, and innovation.
- Leverage AI & Analytics: Use AI‑driven insights to optimize performance, ideate faster, and enhance efficiency.

Ideal Profile
- 4+ years in senior social media or digital marketing roles (agency experience preferred)
- Proven ability to scale brands through strategy‑led storytelling and measurable audience growth
- Deep understanding of cross‑channel engagement models and social‑to‑sales conversion tactics
- Strong creative direction, video production, and content planning expertise
- Proficient in analytics across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and GA4
- Experience leading or mentoring creative teams globally
