The launch manager is responsible of manage the labor and resources to create strategies for building products, execution of launch plans and production curves using stellantis production way system. In accordance with the launch domain methodology implementing best practices and performing the next activities:
strategic
to c reate a roadmap for the development of a new product or stipulate its characteristics.
to v erify that the product meets the desired concept
to generate launch plan according to each of the phases.
to l aunch of phases in time agreed by the project
to development of a multidisciplinary team that meets the project requirements.
operational
to ensure that all kpis and kais of launch are fully covered
to ensure production for each phase of the program
to work as a team with the training center to meet training needs
to ensure that the product meets the stipulated standards
to e nsure the cost of transformation does not exceed the estimated cost of launch.
resource management
to achieve the strategic positions of the team for a successful launch in all phases.
to benchmark strategies for review of lessons learned in launch phases.
*basic qualifications*:
master degree; and minimum of 10 years of industrial automation, including some program manager experience
ability to work any shift and overtime as required
previous work experience as a manager maintenance, production or similar role
ability to build effective business relationships with launch coordinators of other plants
ability to develop launch and pilot programs
excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the plant
ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership
ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
demonstrated ability to coach / mentor / develop team members
goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead team
extensive knowledge applied in computer science to analyze, store and present test results on a computer.
skills in oral and written communication to transmit, present and write reports.
ability to interpersonal relationships, to work in a team. Must have a good working knowledge of microsoft office

master degree in business administration or project management
meetings with cross-functional leaders and multifunctional team, which may include discussions of risk, compliance, legal, policy, and architecture
verbal and written communications skills ( work with product managers and design leads)
management of conversations with staff from the project support areas (facilities, human resources, safety, finance)
ability to leads and collaborates at the same time to carry out usability studies and create a learning plan.
