Tasks
Ensure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc. Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication. To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level. Drive escalation to BU, R&D; or other central function (if needed).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial) or other related field or equivalent education
- More than 2 years in electronic manufacturing industry or automotive.
- 3 Years at least in Quality Areas
- Expertise for 6 sigma, Lean, problem solving
- Expertise leading OEM
- Expertise in Core Tools
- Expertise with Automotive Quality standards
- English Advance
- Leading multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise Launching programs (NPI/NPL(NPD) Desirable
- Expertise on electronic modules Failure analysis Desirable
