Job description
roles and responsibilities
as the growth marketing manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, accelerate lead generation, and enhance the company’s online presence across all digital touchpoints. Reporting to the americas marketing communication manager, you will be responsible for developing integrated digital strategies across seo/sem, social media, content, analytics, and ai driven enhancements. This role requires strong expertise in digital platforms, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including sales, product management, and global marketing.
Digital strategy & roadmap development

lead the creation and execution of the company-wide digital strategy roadmap for the americas region, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer journeys, and industry dynamics.
Identify opportunities for digital innovation (ai, automation, personalization, analytics) and drive implementation across markets.

Demand generation & funnel optimization

design and manage full-funnel demand generation programs, integrating seo, sem, paid media, email automation, social, and content syndication.
Build scalable acquisition programs tailored to complex b2b buying cycles.
Establish scoring models for mqls and implement nurture flows aligned with sales priorities.
Partner with sales to refine lead quality, improve conversion rates, and measure pipeline contribution.

Seo/sem leadership

own the regional seo strategy (technical, content, and link-building) for mir, jason and green belting websites.
Manage sem campaigns (google ads, linkedin ads), ensuring high-quality traffic and optimal roas.
Audit website health, page performance, ux, and conversion paths to continuously improve authority and engagement.

Website & digital experience ownership

ensure the website ecosystem is up to date, optimized, and aligned with brand identity and messaging.
Lead ux and cro (conversion rate optimization) initiatives to improve engagement, contact generation, and site performance.
Work with it/global digital teams to enhance functionality and integrations.

Data analytics, reporting & optimization

define digital kpis, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
Own reporting cadence and translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Build predictive models for campaign performance and customer behavior using advanced analytics and ai tools.

Cross-functional collaboration & leadership

work closely with sales to align lead generation, messaging, content, and customer journeys.
Manage agencies, freelancers, and technical partners to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, digital media, business, or relevant field.
7+ years of b2b digital marketing experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
Demonstrated success building digital strategies that drive measurable business results.
Deep expertise in seo, sem, paid media, and content optimization.
Strong command of analytics tools (ga4, search console, power bi, looker studio).
Proficiency with crm and map tools (hubspot, dynamics, marketo, pardot, salesforce).
Experience with marketing automation workflows and multi-channel lead nurturing.
Strong understanding of ai tools, machine learning applications, and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of ux best practices, cro, and web performance metrics.
Fluent in english.
