Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and user-friendly onboarding solutions. Design process flows and user experiences for new hires and hiring managers. Integrate onboarding withrecruiting,employee central, and other successfactors modules. Define data migration, document management, and workflow strategies.project delivery conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and hr stakeholders. Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, uat) and coordinate issue resolution. Manage go-live activities, documentation, and post-implementation support. Provide training and knowledge transfer to hr and system administrators.continuous improvement identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes through automation and best practices. Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance forms, and integrations. Experience withrecruiting,employee central, and cross-module data flow. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. English proficiency (written and verbal).preferred qualifications experience in multi-country or global implementations. Exposure to document management systems (dms) or esignature integrations.
