key responsibilities
* manage the full lifecycle of high-impact quality issues from detection through closure.
* prioritize issues based on risk, customer impact, and business impact.
* coordinate cross-functional teams to address critical issues effectively.
* track action plans, ensuring accountability, timelines, and proper documentation.
* validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions before closure.
* monitor trends to prevent recurrence of issues.
qualifications
* education: bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
* experience: 5 years in quality engineering or related areas
* english level: advanced
technical skills & competencies
* product risk (pr) management & issue management
* problem-solving methodologies (8d, 5 whys, ishikawa)
* pfmea / dfmea, spc, msa
* power bi and
* strong analytical thinking and risk-based approach
* effective communication (technical and executive levels)
* team collaboration and influence across functions
* high sense of ownership and urgency
