as a ux researcher in our research & beta team, you will be at the forefront of crafting seamless experiences for amazon music customers. You will uncover what drives music fans and audio listeners, advocating for their needs with rigor and imagination.
* work closely with product designers and researchers to plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research across multiple customer touchpoints.
* develop usability tests, surveys, and interview protocols that surface insights to inform product decisions.
* collaborate with fellow research & beta team members to support smooth study execution and feedback collection at scale.
requirements:
* 1+ years of ux research or equivalent experience (internships, academic, design research welcome).
* foundational knowledge of common research methods (usability, interviews, surveys, basic analysis).
* demonstrated ability to communicate research findings clearly through written reports, visual artifacts, and team presentations in collaborative settings.
