what you will do:
1. lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and preboarding.
2. develop and execute innovative local sourcing strategies and pipeline creation to attract and identify a diverse pool of high-quality and contribution motivated candidates.
3. engage with hiring supervisors to understand hiring needs and develop job profiles that align with business goals.
4. conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit by applying the pbh approach.
5. provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
6. engage prospects and candidates (internal & external) on their unique needs to build long-term relationships.
who you are (basic qualifications):
1. experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and border labor market analysis.
2. proven experience in manufacturing environments and local recruiting nogales strategies.
3. experience in recruitment for salaried manufacturing and technical positions.
4. proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ats) such as taleo or successfactors.
5. strong communication skills in both english and spanish.
