This is a full-time, 100% remote position
about your new role
we are seeking a data-driven and strategic demand generation marketing manager to lead our account based marketing (abm) and digital marketing efforts. If you are passionate about targeted growth strategies, personalized engagement, and driving measurable results, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities

develop and execute multi-channel abm and digital marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain high-value customers.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, seo, content marketing, and referral programs with a focus on personalization.
Implement and manage abm strategies, including targeted advertising, personalized outreach, and tailored content.
Analyze and interpret data to improve conversion rates, customer ltv, and overall marketing roi.
Conduct a/b testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to align strategies with business goals.
Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities, channels, and technologies.
Develop and manage the marketing funnel, ensuring seamless user journeys from acquisition to retention.
Monitor kpis and prepare detailed reports on marketing performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in abm, growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
Experience in saas, b2b, or startup environments.
Strong understanding of abm tools, paid acquisition (google ads, facebook ads, linkedin), seo, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as google analytics, mixpanel, or similar.
Experience with a/b testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for growth.

Preferred qualifications

familiarity with abm platforms like terminus, demandbase, or 6sense.
Knowledge of crm and marketing automation tools such as hubspot, marketo, or similar.
Knowledge of sql, python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
