this role will operationally drive and lead the implementation of innovation & non-innovation projects for pc business. Lead r&d activities for packaging and could also lead other activities related to whole r&d product development. Therefore, flexibility and versatility are also requirements in the position.
the position is based in mexico with a regional scope and will support and lead projects mainly for mexico.
what will your main responsibilities be
preparation
drive packaging actions to deliver otif innovation portfolio, margin improvement and simplification projects.
project networking and follow up with global & regional team
direct contact with supply chain for a proper project deployment.
coordinate and support tests in the factory, includes pack trials.
manage primary and secondary packaging spe cifications, pallet pattern and any packaging tests.
perform and evaluate stability and compatibility tests.
run packaging materials validation tests ( i. e. Moulds components, labels, etc )
specification creation for packaging.
artwork approval
experiences & qualifications
bachelor’s degree in engineering pref. Chemical or industrial.
proven experience in similar position or in packaging or formula development
m inimum 1 year in mass consumer good manufacturing company (or similar) in related positions as r&d, supply chain, quality, procurement, planning.
skills
