What you’ll do lead the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service, timing, and guest satisfaction. Manage and inspire the service, bar, and hostess teams through training, motivation, and leadership. Analyze daily sales, cost control, and profitability metrics to achieve financial goals. Coordinate with the executive chef, sommelier, and bar manager to curate memorable f&b experiences. Maintain the brand vibe through music, ambience, and guest engagement. Present events projects and coordinate experiences with the f&b leadership. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency.
