*responsibilities include*:
- assist a senior member of our sales team by coordinating and executing freight movement according to client needs.
- create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating with shippers and carriers to secure optimal terms.
- monitor the status of shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- prepare all necessary shipping documentation accurately and promptly.
- maintain effective and professional communication with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems.
*what we offer*:
- salary between $1,250 and $1,500 depending on experience.
- this is a full-time, on-site position.

- must be based in cancun, mexico.
- high school diploma required; a college or university degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- previous experience in customer service or a related field. Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
