Role description - scope, responsibilities, and tasks required for this position third party distribution is responsible for representing and distributing international asset managers across latin america, helping them expand their presence and raise assets in the region across institutional, intermediary, and wealth channels. The team works closely with leading global investment firms across traditional and alternative asset classes, including mutual funds, ucits, etfs, private markets, and alternative investments. We are looking to hire an analyst/associate to join the third-party distribution team in mexico. The role is commercial in nature and ideal for a candidate interested in asset management, capital raising, investment products and institutional relationship management. The selected candidate will support the coverage and development of relationships across institutional investors, independent wealth platforms, broker dealers, family offices and financial intermediaries in mexico. The position offers exposure to some of the leading global asset managers and investment strategies across public and private markets. Key responsibilities support the distribution and commercialization efforts of international asset managers in mexico develop and maintain relationships with: institutional investors independent wealth platforms family offices casas de bolsa / broker dealers banks and financial intermediaries assist in organizing client meetings, roadshows, investment presentations and strategic initiatives coordinate with portfolio managers and international investment teams analyze investment strategies and market trends across etfs, mutual funds, ucits and alternative investments prepare marketing materials, peer analysis and investment positioning presentations maintain ongoing dialogue with clients regarding markets, products and portfolio solutions support pipeline management and business development initiatives specific experience, knowledge & skills 4+ years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, etfs, wealth management or institutional sales strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills understanding of investment products, including: etfs, mutual funds, ucits, alternative investments / private markets existing relationships within institutional investors, intermediaries, family offices, or casas de bolsa are highly valued knowledge of the mexican financial market and investment ecosystem ability to work autonomously in a dynamic commercial environment strong communication and presentation skills fluent in spanish and english preferred background: ideal candidates may come from institutions already in the business ecosystem or other relevant local/international asset managers with a strong presence in mexico. Licenses & requirements: relevant mexican financial licenses and regulatory certifications preferred/required depending on profile and seniority bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field seniority: the role is flexible and can accommodate profiles ranging from analyst to associate, depending on experience and relationships.
