This isn't just about following a process; it's about fostering a Lean-Agile mindset and helping people collaborate effectively to deliver value. You'll be coaching the ART leadership roles, like the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Product Management, as well as supporting the teams within the train. You should be a hands-on practitioner who understands the challenges ARTs face and has a toolkit of techniques to help them navigate those challenges. You'll work closely with other coaches and stakeholders across the organization, contributing to our overall Agile journey and ensuring alignment with our standards, including SAFe and PDO.
Demonstrated experience coaching one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment for 3+ years of experience.
Experience utilizing agile lifecycle management tools (., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps) for managing program backlogs, features, and ART flow.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving business and ART needs.
Strong influencing and servant leadership skills to guide and empower others.
Strong understanding and practical experience with SAFe Program level events, roles, and practices.
SAFe certification(s) are highly valued. A SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification with significant coaching experience is preferred.
Experience coaching teams utilizing various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) at scale.
Highly developed and demonstrated communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) to collaborate effectively with teams, ART leadership, stakeholders, and other coaches.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
A continuous learner with a passion for helping others grow and improve.
