Overview
key account manager - pharma is the key interface between philips and its customers. The role develops, maintains and drives continuous improvement of the relations with existing and potential customers in mexico for pharma.

responsibilities
* end-to-end account management in assigned accounts (farmacias guadalajara, farmacias del ahorro, farmacias benavides, farmacias yza and distributors such as nadro, fanasa, marsam).
* forecasting sales and revenue for assigned accounts; initiating customer-tailored sales actions and supporting sales actions.
* building and maintaining strong relationships in both modern (pharmacies) and traditional (distributors) channels to develop strategic account plans for each key customer.
* identifying growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell potential.
* working closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance and supply chain).
* developing and implementing joint business plans.
you're the right fit if
* you’ve acquired +7 years of sales experience in pharma.
* you have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial attitude.
* you hold a university degree in finance, engineering or marketing.
* you are bilingual in english and spanish.
* you can travel approximately 40% of the time.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are typically conducted outside the company’s main facilities, at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
