*responsibilities*:

- *client relationship building*: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals, and position rakhere technologies as a valuable solution provider.
- *new client acquisition*: leverage your expertise to convert leads into successful business partnerships. Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- *market intelligence*: stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to position rakhere technologies effectively and tailor your approach to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- *cross-functional collaboration*: collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide insights and feedback to help refine products and services based on client feedback.

*qualifications*:
- minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a business development manager, with a track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
- strong proficiency in cold calling and lead generation, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility over the phone.
- exceptional negotiation and closing skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully closing complex deals.
