job description
our department provides services and consultation to business units in bosch north america, focusing on governance topics related to bosch’s risk management system.
the role supports compliance and risk reduction of bosch information assets and it systems as a data security partner (dsp).
you will become part of our network of experts on information security and data protection (isp) governance topics by understanding the information security and data protection management systems (isms and dpms). Your responsibilities include educating, monitoring, and advising our internal customers to ensure compliance and reduce overall risk to bosch information.
primary job responsibilities
1. manage data lifecycle, corporate data management, and master data management processes in collaboration with departments.
2. support organizational risk & opportunity assessment studies from an information security perspective.
3. understand personal data processing activities based on federal law in mexico.
4. contribute to the development and improvement of deliverables for customers.
5. assist customers in preparing for internal & external audits and participate in information security & data protection cross audits.
6. provide training and awareness programs on information security and data protection topics.
qualifications
1. bachelor’s degree related to computers, cybersecurity, data processing, administration, or informatics.
2. confident and clear communicator.
3. high customer service skills.
4. strong desire to learn and develop.
5. good communication and presentation skills.
6. proficiency in english.
7. experience in a corporate, technical, or customer service environment.
preferred:
1. knowledge of information security management systems (iso27000/27001).
2. ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
