This role is part of a high visibility digital hr technology team that delivers employee self-service capabilities and manages hr service delivery.you will provide solution activities for day-to-day operations and projects that transform the hr function, influence change, prioritize requests using agile methodology, and manage stakeholder relationships for the deployment of technology solutions.the role will manage the initial tier for hr tools such as servicenow (crm) and oracle hcm, which are used by hr services to manage all its work.responsibilitiesserve as the key liaison with it technical resources and functional customers related to hr solution issues (servicenow hrsd, hcm, or hr direct).
lead small systems enhancements and new functionality for hr solutions (servicenow, hcm, or hr direct).
