*about the role*
we need a taste driven social media operator who can plan, create, and ship content for a premium home and lifestyle brand. You will own the weekly content engine across instagram and tiktok, plus support pinterest if you have experience. You will create, schedule, post and engage.
*what you will do*
- plan a weekly content calendar based on product launches, campaigns, and trends
- write hooks, captions, and story scripts in clean english
- create short form video concepts and deliver edited reels
- repurpose content across formats
- schedule posts and manage community engagement
- track performance weekly and improve based on what works
*deliverables per week*
- 4 to 6 short form videos
- 6 to 10 stories
- 2 to 4 static posts or carousels
- weekly performance recap with next week adjustments
*requirements*:
- strong portfolio with short form video examples
- taste level that fits premium retail and interiors
- can shoot from stock assets and provided footage, and can also source ugc style clips
- basic editing skills in capcut or premiere
- clear written english
- reliable weekly cadence
*working hours*
async is fine. You must hit weekly delivery deadlines. Pacific time overlap for 2-3 meetings per week.
