Your mission, roles and responsibilities the l2 sap functional expert is the interface between local site management and the faurecia core systems (fcs) organization in terms of modifications, enhancements and implementations. He/she has a good functional understanding of sap and detailed knowledge of the organization and processes in the sites he/she supports. As such, he/she plays a role of internal consultant for the proper usage of sap on sites. The main missions of the role are participates in the sap roll-out phase for the sites of his/her region being the first-option for key user training supporting the go-live activities, being on-site as required supporting the first post-assessment being involved in the simulation testing being the first-option for extended support ensure smooth go-live.
