* develop and execute sales strategies: the successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives, leveraging industry trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
* build relationships: they will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding.
* track performance: they will track regional sales performance against targets, analyzing results and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
* stay updated: they will stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree: a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* sales experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
* oem sales: 2+ years of experience selling to oems in the electronics industry.
* * languages: bilingual – english / spanish required.
* analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
* crm software: proficient in crm software and sales reporting tools, with experience using technology to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
