Río bravo, * juárez, chih.).this position is 100% on-site.in this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * design and construction of the cafeteria for the juárez business unit support construction project activities in juárez support internal cummins administrative processes (purchase orders, hse risk analysis) prepare executive progress reports for leadership manage design and construction of new kitchen equipment oversee contractor performance on-site main kpis: schedule compliance schedule performance index (spi) cost performance index (cpi) control of unplanned changes safety incident rate post-construction pending items closure nonconformities qualifications education/ bachelors degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering experience : at least 5 years of previous experience in industrial construction project management responsibilities to be successful in this role you will need the following: * bachelors degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering more than 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management proven experience managing projects from design phase through delivery and postconstruction experience coordinating construction contractors, cost control, schedule tracking, and onsite decisionmaking intermediate level in autocad and microsoft office (excel) experience reviewing executive project documentation preferred qualifications: intermediate conversational english experience using revit 3d experience with medium and lowvoltage electrical installations experience with fire protection system installations experience with construction permit processes in juárez competencies: accountability leadership effective communication work process optimization teamwork customer focus instills trust values differences 100% on-site yes due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/on-site.
