every day at hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by
* performing in-process and final product acceptance based on aql sampling.
* coordinating process improvement activities with work order; drawing changes with mfg. Engineering and operations as required.
* willing to assist or coordinate auditor efforts in other areas as required.
* keeping management apprised of progress and obstacles that constrain attainment of company objectives.
* understanding the plant policies and environment as it pertains to the safety of employees, operation of equipment, handling of equipment, and materials.
* understanding and monitoring qa and production performance as defined in foundry control plans.
what will help you thrive in this role?
* high school diploma
* associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
* prior quality assurance auditing experience (required)
* record of passing hps qa test (required)
* experience with sap systems preferred
* proficiency in microsoft office suite
