about the role
we're looking for an ad sales manager to join our growing commercial team. This role is responsible for driving advertising revenue through direct and agency relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and representing acast's podcast inventory to key clients in the market.
what you ´ll do
develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and key decision-makers.
identify new business opportunities and create tailored podcast advertising solutions for clients.
collaborate with campaign management, marketing, and content teams to deliver effective campaigns.
educate clients and partners about podcast advertising, listener insights, and acast's data-driven capabilities.
manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and post-campaign analysis.
represent acast at industry events and contribute to thought leadership within the podcast and digital audio ecosystem.
who you are
3+ years of experience in digital media, audio, or ad sales.
proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
strong network within media agencies and direct advertisers.
excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
strategic mindset with the ability to translate client objectives into creative audio solutions.
fluent in english
