What you´ll do
* define and execute the country’s commercial and growth strategy, aligned with regional priorities
* own and drive the p&l, ensuring delivery of sales, profitability, and market share targets
* build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and business partners
* identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth channels
* design and implement commercial and marketing plans to position our brands within the luxury segment
* lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
* manage the project pipeline and unlock growth potential across key accounts
* collaborate closely with regional and global teams (marketing, supply chain, manufacturing) to drive performance
* continuously optimize the go-to-market model to ensure efficient resource allocation
* monitor business performance and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable results
what makes you a good fit
* strong background in fmcg (beauty is a plus, not a must)
* consumer-centric mindset with experience across multiple channels (retail, boutiques, e-commerce)
* proven ability to build and lead teams
* solid financial and analytical skills (full p&l, roi, resource allocation)
* strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
* experience developing and optimizing go-to-market models
* ability to integrate marketing, sales, and education strategies
* highly collaborative leader who builds through teams
* fluent english
* willingness to travel 25–50%
* candidate can be based in based in cdmx or guadalajara
