Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Develop a good understanding about the applications where the company’s products are used
- Provide guidance and expertise to sales team on technical issues
- Be able to build test setups in laboratory to simulate customers’ applications
- Trouble shooting - Analyze parts returned from field with the scope of finding the root cause of failure and follow with possible corrective or improvement actions with local quality department or customer application depending on the nature of failure
- Deliver training both locally and to the sales team related to product functions and explain the applications where products are commonly used
- Travelling to visit customer sites will be required according to the business needs in order to understand new customer applications or trouble shooting problematic sites / applic.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated and ability to work on his/her own without constant supervision
- Fluency in English is a must
- Any experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
