key responsibilities:
1. sales growth: foster deep relationships with clients to achieve or exceed commercial targets, product category targets, and relevant kpis. Motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
2. client centricity: execute all activities with a client-centric approach, demonstrating passion and delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the tiffany experience index (tei).
3. talent development: attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance culture. Provide continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance. Prioritize diversity, inclusivity, and growth opportunities.
4. operational excellence: champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, continuously improving standards and ensuring exceptional support for sales and service teams. Manage efficient back-of-house operations and maintain consistency with established procedures.
