we are looking for an experienced automation engineer with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments. This role will focus on automation systems, validation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
key responsibilities
* design, develop, and support automation systems (plc/scada/dcs)
* work with systems like deltav, rockwell automation, siemens pcs 7
* execute and support csv and validation activities (iq/oq/pq)
* ensure compliance with gmp, fda, and 21 cfr part 11
* develop and review documentation (urs, frs, sds, protocols, reports)
* troubleshoot automation and control system issues
* collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and validation teams
* support change control, deviations, and capa activities
required skills
* experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing automation
* strong knowledge of plc, scada, dcs systems
* hands-on experience with csv (computer system validation)
* understanding of gmp & regulatory compliance
* experience with industrial communication protocols (opc, modbus, ethernet/ip)
