- *3+ years* of professional experience as a ux researcher;
- proficiency in *figma* for collaboration and *dovetail* for managing research data;
- experience conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests;
- ability to create journey maps and perform card-sorting exercises;
- knowledge of mixed-methods research and translating findings into actionable insights;
- experience with internal-facing products, enterprise tools, and marketplace environments;
- strong analytical skills with a focus on user behavior and trends;
- excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams;
- upper-intermediate english level.
