provide end-to-end support to the sales team by managing order flow, customer communication, and coordinating activities related to product development and approval processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities
* manage the full sales order cycle, from order entry to final delivery
* follow up on product development projects (r&d), including sample requests, testing, and customer approvals
* track the status of products under development, including validations and commercial release timelines
* maintain close communication with customers regarding progress, lead times, and product specifications
* support the management and documentation of technical and commercial information (technical data sheets, specifications, product changes, etc.)
* prepare sales reports, forecasts, and kpi tracking for the commercial team
* identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and order flow efficiency
* ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements throughout all stages
requirements
* bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in customer service, technical sales, or manufacturing environments
* experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (r&d, production, quality)
* intermediate to advanced english (required)
* intermediate to advanced excel skills
* strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
