Responsibilities
* knowledge of lft and rit application, management of indicators.
* develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
* skilled at using excel and verbal and written communication abilities. (english).
* ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
* availability to rotate shifts.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area
* 4 years of experience working in human resources
* strong interpersonal and communication skills
