provides efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.checks packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content including weight and size, proper wrapping, insurance values, and special requirements for hazardous material shipments.prepares necessary paperwork related to pickup and delivery, such as airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports, with neatness and accuracy.seeks additional business from current customers; if unsuccessful, passes leads to the sales manager.informs station operations manager and sales of changes in customer or competitor efforts.loads company vehicles safely.audits size and weight of packages and boxes and sorts them accordingly.ensures the use of safety equipment and full compliance with fedex safety policies, procedures, norms, rules, and practices.operates company vehicles safely and performs basic maintenance such as cleaning, washing, and checking tire pressure.supports unloading customer merchandise, validating quality and quantity, and palletizing when needed.arranges products on racks using forklifts or skids (only for certified employees).fulfills physical orders using tools such as handheld scanners and pcs (wms and/or excel).performs value-added tasks like product review, kit assembly, labeling, and packaging.performs other duties as assigned.minimum requirementseducation: middle school degree or equivalent preferred.
