junior graphic designer contractor – remote
we’re looking for a junior graphic designer contractor with an interest in digital design, a strong visual eye, and a desire to learn and grow within a creative team.
responsibilities
* design website banners and digital assets aligned with campaigns and promotions.
* create email marketing designs following brand guidelines.
* support the development of creative assets for digital and paid media campaigns.
* design organic social media content.
* adapt and resize assets for different digital formats and platforms.
* collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams to maintain visual consistency.
* stay up to date with digital design trends, social media content, and beauty visual culture.
qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
* interest or experience in design for social media, digital campaigns, or web.
* good understanding of digital formats and social media platforms.
* strong eye for typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.
* attention to detail and pride in craft.
* organized, reliable, and capable of good time management.
* proficient in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator) and basic knowledge of figma.
* familiarity with project management tools such as asana or similar platforms.
* english language skills for collaboration within a global team.
