the brand marketing senior manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for portfolio brands in latin america. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
main responsibilities:
* brand strategy & equity growth: lead brand positioning and value proposition development for regional brands. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints and audiences.
* marketing & communication strategy: design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade, and traditional channels. Align messaging across b2b, b2c, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency.
* customer & consumer adoption: develop strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of products and services. Support commercial teams with marketing tools and campaigns tailored to customer segments.
* demand generation & d2c growth: build and execute demand generation strategies to support direct-to-consumer business models. Leverage digital marketing, crm, and performance analytics to drive traffic and conversions.
key qualifications
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Mba or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
* 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in b2b2c or industrial sectors. Proven experience managing strong consumer brands in latin america.
* familiarity with global/regional brand alignment processes. Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
