Mission 
The role of the customer support engineer is to administer and provide assistance to engine owners with the follow‑up of shop visit processes. The engineer participates in daily gate review meetings, helps analyse technical shop findings reports from subcontracted repair vendors, and elaborates engine condition reports, weekly status reports, and, if required, repaired‑and‑replaced‑parts reports. The engineer also supports other functions related to shop visit follow‑up. 
Responsibilities 
Administer and provide help to engine owners on shop visit processes. 
Participate in daily gate review meetings. 
Analyse technical shop findings reports from subcontracted repair vendors. 
Elaborate engine condition reports and weekly status reports. 
Prepare repaired and replaced parts reports if required by the customer. 
Support related functions for shop visit follow‑up. 
Qualifications 
Entry‑level position, full‑time employment. 
Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Ingenieria Aeronautica / Industrial / LAE or similar). 
Basic knowledge of engine systems and support operations. 
Strong analytical and communication skills.
