this role is perfect for someone who understands the direct-response nature of performance marketing and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads. If you have a sharp eye for *what works in paid media*, thrive in a *fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment*, and can deliver *high-quality video ad creatives*—we want to hear from you.
*requirements*:
*what you'll do*:
- edit and produce video ad creatives tailored for meta, tiktok, and other paid social channels.
- repurpose and optimize existing content to fit different ad formats and placements.
- understand performance metrics (ctr, watch time, roas) and iterate on creatives accordingly.
- collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives.
- stay up to date with ad trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of content.
*what you bring*:
- proven experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands.
- strong skills in adobe premiere pro, after effects, final cut pro, capcut, etc.
- understanding of high-performing ad styles—you can spot (and create) a winning ad.
- ability to work with raw ugc and turn it into engaging, persuasive content.
- familiarity with amazon and dtc e-commerce best practices.
- strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solver mindset.
*bonus points if you*:
- have experience working with fitness, nutrition, or supplement brands.
- understand performance marketing metrics and creative testing strategies.
- have run paid ads yourself and understand audience psychology.
