Role objective
manage and coordinate the triage and prioritization process for technical issues related to generative ai models, collaborating with engineering, product, and data science teams to ensure efficient, structured responses to bugs, functional gaps, and unexpected model behavior.
key responsibilities
1. Triage & prioritization
* handle the intake, categorization, and prioritization of issues reported by qa teams, internal stakeholders, or pilot users (e.g., bugs, hallucinations, feature gaps).
2. Issue analysis
* work with engineers, data scientists, and pms to reproduce errors, identify root causes, and document technical deficiencies in code generation or ai model performance.
3. Cross-functional coordination
* align product, ml, and engineering teams to ensure timely responses and mitigation strategies for high-priority issues.
4. Workflow optimization
* design triage workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance transparency, reduce response times, and identify performance patterns or developer pain points.
5. Quality & coverage oversight
* collaborate with qa, llm evaluation, and telemetry teams to identify test coverage gaps and automate the detection and tracking of regressions and issues.
6. Stakeholder communication
* proactively communicate triage summaries, critical blockers, and resolution timelines to leadership and other key stakeholders.
7. Model feedback loop
* ensure that triaged issues are fed into model improvement workflows (e.g., prompt refinement, dataset tuning, retraining).
requirements:
candidate requirements
* experience: 5–8 years as a technical program manager, technical lead, or program manager in software engineering, ml, or ai product teams.
* technical knowledge:

* strong understanding of bug lifecycle and resolution processes.
* knowledge of genai, llms, prompt engineering, and developer tools (ides, git, ci/cd).
* soft skills:
* excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* strong collaboration mindset and problem-solving orientation.
* comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
