What you will do:conduct research to evaluate potential solutions related to changes in equipment selection, procedures, manpower, or training to ensure the most efficient sequence of operations and workflowestablishe and implements quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costsreview and provides analytical input to documents, such as proposals or other operational procedures, to support studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systemsplan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routingsdrive manufacturing process improvements across multiple assembly process stepssupport production build operators with immediate needs on tooling and processes to meet production scheduleconduct process flow analysis and make improvementsdevelop tools that enable manufacturing or increase production ratesimplement procedure and process improvements based on safety, quality, and productivityprovide information to management as the status of equipment, manpower, space and other elements affecting manufacturingprovide input or guidance to lower level professional and technical staffqualifications you must have:requires a university degree in engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentmust be able to work in 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm)english 90% - proficient conversational and written english required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate with corporate leaders both in person and in reports/via email.must have relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentvalid visa is requiredintermediate to advanced proficiency in microsoft excelstrong communication and presentation skillsexcellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting prioritiesqualifications we preferred:project management relevant experiencebachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical).lean manufacturing knowledgesolidworks experience
