Customer quality engineer
what you’ll do:
1. provide proper follow-up to all quality issues related to the customer by leading the multidisciplinary team.
2. coordinate all activities to ensure customer satisfaction meets expectations.
3. drive multidisciplinary team to problem resolutions.
4. promote customer standpoint at plant level.
5. promote continuous improvement and zero defects culture.
6. ensure customer satisfaction through timely 8d responses and ppap approval.
7. maintain proper documentation in systems.
8. primary contact for external quality issues.
9. communicate customer claims to the plant.
10. lead customer 8d investigations.
11. validate corrective actions’ effectiveness to prevent reoccurrence.
12. monitor the customer scorecard.
13. provide timely responses to the customer.
14. coordinate external sorting activities.
15. obtain ppap approval for engineering changes.
16. update and monitor customer portals.
17. lead customer visits related to quality issues.
what is required:
* bachelor’s degree
* proficiency in microsoft office
* experience with customer portals
* problem-solving skills
