You will also play a key role in the monthly siop process, data preparation, and supervising mps and detailed production planning.production planning: develop daily and weekly production plans, including resource allocation, monitoring, and reporting.operations management: provide operational support and supervise transactional operations areas.performance management: monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure quality and timeliness.motivate and guide the team, aligning local action plans with organizational strategy.data analysis & reporting: collect and analyze data to support decision-making and create effective reports.bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or related field.~3–6 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.~ strong leadership and team management skills.~ expertise in erp systems, production planning, and resource optimization.~ excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.~ analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
