execute month close end process (gl-je) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the pepsico requirements.ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.generate information for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports.prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.prepare monthly financial statement (balance sheet, p&l & financial attached reconciliations for review and approvals of controller & planning team (before and after upload in hfm)execute financial report pepsico (smartview / fdm – hfm).support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.participate in the periodic, quarterly and annual and quarterly reports required by the organization.generate clear communication with ou, intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the css.qualificationswho are we looking for? Education university degree in accounting - requiredexperience experience in accounting us gaap, control environment and sox compliance - desirableexperience – 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment - requiredoffice intermediate - requiredenglish level 70% - desirablecommunication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in mexico, but internationally as well.
